HKMA establishes Tokenised Bond Expert Group
The HKMA set up a Tokenised Bond Expert Group to explore policy measures, market practices and innovations, and is working with the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau on possible enhancements to Hong Kong's legal and regulatory regime for tokenised bond issuance and transactions.
