ABN AMRO said on 16 April 2026 it is introducing crypto exchange traded products and Capital Protected Notes in the Netherlands and other European markets, giving clients indirect exposure to cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum via its existing investment platforms. Crypto ETPs are offered to professional and non-professional investors in the Netherlands and Germany and to professional clients in all operating countries including Belgium and France; Bitcoin-linked CPNs are for eligible Wealth clients in all four markets.
