The CSSF lists Banking Circle S.A., the Luxembourg payments bank that issues the EURI euro stablecoin, as a MiCA crypto-asset service provider for exchange of crypto-assets for funds and for other crypto-assets and for transfer services from 15 April 2026 (ESMA’s interim register: 16 February 2026).
