The AMF white list shows Banque Delubac & Cie, a French bank founded in 1924 and the first French bank registered as a PSAN (2022), authorised as a MiCA crypto-asset service provider (N2025-004, 23 October 2025) for custody, exchange, order execution, advice, portfolio management and transfers; the bank said on 24 October 2025 that it can now offer its full crypto range.
