Estonia’s Finantsinspektsioon granted AS LHV Pank the right to provide MiCA crypto-asset services (custody and administration; reception and transmission of orders), recorded by ESMA on 18 May 2026; LHV said on 20 May it would update and expand its existing crypto offering and add staking, and its product page shows buy, sell and hold of crypto in the LHV app.
Scope: Estonia, with MiCA passporting to the EU (per LHV); custody via Bitstamp and Coinbase.
