Siam Commercial Bank, with SCB 10X and Lightnet, uses stablecoin settlement on a public blockchain for cross-border payments and remittances; SCB said in October 2024 that the project had graduated from the Bank of Thailand regulatory sandbox and is fully commercialized, and the BoT lists SCB as having exited its cross-border payments sandbox.
