DTCC said 20 DTC Participants have signed agreements to access DTS, including Barclays, Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Brown Brothers Harriman, Citi, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, State Street and UBS, and that the service is integrated with the Canton Network and DTCC’s private Besu network, with additional blockchain networks to be added in 2027. The launch follows a December 2025 no-action letter from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission authorizing tokenization of Russell 1000 constituents, ETFs tracking major indices and U.S. Treasury securities.
