Crédit Agricole S.A. announced on 1 July 2026 the launch of EURXT, a euro electronic money token issued on Ethereum by CACEIS and backed 1:1 by cash held on CACEIS Bank’s balance sheet, alongside the first subscription via EURXT into a tokenised Amundi money market fund; on 29 October 2026 CACEIS said EURXT is available to clients with a wallet hosted by a regulated CASP.
